Members
of the congregation are very active in giving time, talent, and money for
Nevada County Habitat for Humanity, Emergency Assistance Coalition,
Interfaith Food Ministry, anger management counseling, cancer aid, and
Alzheimer support.
The
national Episcopal Church engages in national and international assistance
programs and Emmanuel supports those projects as part of the Anglican
Communion.
Other
outreach needs are addressed through the Rector’s and Deacon’s
Discretionary Funds.
